For the first edition of the Luz Winter Fest , Deelite Evenements provided the entire technical service in lighting, sound and video, with a comprehensive approach designed to serve both the artistic and the public experience. On the main stage, the lighting design was conceived to complement an electronic music program, using high-end projectors from Ayrton and Robe ( Rivale Profile and iSpiiderX® ). This setup helped structure the space, create dynamic atmospheres, and give the event a distinctive visual identity. The sound system, adapted to the constraints of an outdoor venue in a mountainous environment, relied on an L-Acoustics Kara II and KS21 system , controlled via a Yamaha DM7 EX console. This setup resulted in a precise, homogeneous, and controlled sound, perfectly suited to live performances. In parallel, specific work was carried out on the lighting of the food village in order to extend the experience beyond the stage. The objective was to create a welcoming space consistent with the festival's identity, while showcasing the various exhibitors. With this inaugural edition, the Luz Winter Fest lays the foundation for an event where technology supports a strong artistic vision, directly connected to its environment. Through light, sound, and the enhancement of the surrounding area, the event perfectly illustrates the importance of a holistic approach in the design of immersive experiences. Deelite Evenements supports this type of project with a tailor-made approach, integrating both technical constraints and artistic ambitions to create coherent, impactful, and sustainable events.
